Me and My OT is a high quality, caring and dedicated mobile Occupational Therapist (OT) service, based in Buderim, Qld. Me and My OT service adult clients on the NDIS, all across the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Siobhan, the owner of Me and My OT, has worked in rehabilitation, mental health and community settings and therefore brings a deep understanding of a wide range of complex issues and needs in relation to a person’s daily functioning.

Siobhan began working in the NDIS when it first rolled out in 2016 in Victoria. Following a short leave of absence from the NDIS to take on a hospital-based OT leadership role, Siobhan returned to work in NDIS disability, on the Sunshine Coast. Having worked in other careers prior to becoming an occupational therapist, as well as raising her own young family, Siobhan is able to apply a particularly practical lens and worldly experience to her clients often complex situations.

With the freedom of being a sole trader, Siobhan is also able to bring a wholly personalised and dedicated service to her clients which is evidenced through the trusting and respectful relationships she has built overtime.

Siobhan is AHPRA registered and is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia so is supported to deliver the highest quality and best practice strategies available. Siobhan is caring, empathetic and adaptable by nature and would love to help you with any occupational therapy-based needs you have.
